Objective:
With
the thrust of digitalisation in recent years, the engineering profession has
equipped to adopt state-of-the-art digital technologies in building and
construction projects. Building
Information Modeling (BIM), as one of the most important design and management
platforms, is widely adopted to facilitate the process from design, as-built
drawing, off-site fabrication, assembly on-site and eventually, operations and
maintenance of buildings. BIM
drastically improves the connection between the architecture, engineering and
construction industries and raises the overall efficiency in projects. Every player is expected to equip with BIM
professional skills and knowledge.
