Programme Highlights 

Innovation becomes critical element in Quality World.  Quality Innovation is more and more significant for different industries.  In this evening seminar, the speaker will brief the evolution of Quality and Innovation tools through his experience.  Moreover, he will introduce the China original developed innovation theory named “Extenics” which can be employed for solving contradiction problems and getting creative ideas for new product development.

Ir Dr Lotto LAI is the former chairman (2009-2012) and fellow of Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ). He is also fellow of America Society for Quality (ASQ) and Associate Academician of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ).  He got MATRIZ Level 1 & 2 and he also achieved Extension Innovation Method Level 1.  Moreover, he is the first HK Observer in ISO Technical Committee of Innovation Management (ISO/TC 279) in 2016.
