Although Hong Kong has an established education system and high levels of literacy, people living in Hong Kong are still facing career problems, for example the Sunset condition of some careers, or the repeated changes of some industries due to the fast growing technologies. Employees could react the problems by taking continuous education, or even they could start their own business by learning the new technologies together with innovative thinking.
The experience sharing for some real successful cases will be conducted by the seminar.
