Introduction
唐博士獨創的“ (-QA)減法質量保證”，在减少檢測和預防成本、
不改用高檔零件的前提下，透過(-QA) 內的新方法，如：“果因分析法”等找
出根源，大幅改善質量。唐博士會以過去眾多顧問經驗之中列舉當中的成功
例子，並以實質數據分析(-QA) 所帶來的質量提升，並在工業和服務業中的廣
泛應用中印證了(-QA) 的有效性。

唐偉國博士為 2017 年中國傑出質量人，香港唯一獲得此殊榮的得獎者，同時
亦是優質管理顧問有限公司的創辦人及董事總經理。有見於 90 年代以前，傳統的質量保證著重於如何增加資源以改善質量，雖然增強了品質，但同時亦大大增加了成本，並非最有效的做法。唐博士提出了獨創的 -QA--，以打破傳
統質量保證的思維局限。
