Young Engineer Program (YEP2017/18) Final Competition – “Redesign Power Plant for Next One Hundred Year”

Programme Highlights 

This is the annual flagship program hosted by HKIE MI Division to train up undergraduate engineering students to tackle challenging social problems. In this year, the theme “Redesign Power Plant for Next Hundred Year” is chosen to ask students to take a research approach to take deep-down journal reading, identifying critical problems, conducting value analysis and detailed solution modeling. Eleven teams present in this first round dated 24th March 2018 and top five teams are selected into final competitions. Forum questioning will be arranged.
