Programme Highlights
In the past, China customs declaration is location based.
In accordance with the International Trade Facilitation Stipulation and Customs
Reform, China General Administration of Customs intends to promote customs
declaration integration by region nation-wide by 2020. The major advantages can
be foreseen as:
*
Relax the location limitation for customs brokers
*
Importer/exporter can select any customs administration bureau
in the regions for customs declaration, CIQ declaration and inspection.
*
Improve the lead time for customs declaration and achieve
cost saving on logistics either for the exporter or the importer.
Overall, China customs declaration will be faster, simpler,
more controllable and freely in the future.
Note: The seminar will be delivered in Putonghua and
presentation materials are in English.
